The role of the Sales team is to work with each property to improve sales figures through constant review and development of sales strategies based on individual markets and circumstances. The Sales team works jointly with the Marketing team to deliver consistent sales and marketing support.

A key sales support service is systematic training in fundamental sales theory and practice - the setting of realistic sales targets and how to achieve those goals through effective sales strategies. We help group hotels and ryokans to identify the needs of their particular customer base and then equip them with the training to serve their clients and guests.
