We lease buildings and facilities and carry out hotel management as a business entity. Since staffing is covered by Abilitas Hospitality or one of its affiliates, it is unnecessary for the asset owner to shoulder these risks in managing the hotel. Furthermore, in the case of fixed rent, the owner has the benefit of an assured level of return regardless of the hotel’s performance.

As for hotel operations, Abilitas Hospitality can directly manage the hotel or leverage the power of leading global hotel brands – depending on each hotel’s unique market and characteristics.
